In order to achieve coffee excellence, they work hard by roasting and brewing coffees they sourced to its maximum potential while at the same time working directly with farmers at origins and taking good care of them at the same time.
The Direct Trade model that The Coffee Collective employs ensures that they pay at least 25% more than Fair Trade price to their farmers while visiting them at origin on a yearly basis. Their approach ultimately sees to elevate coffee to a greater status while at the same time, help coffee growers to achieve the same recognition a prestigious wine maker would receive.
