Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping
Percolate currently provides shipping within Singapore, using NinjaVan.
Purchases made before 12 noon will be dispatched within the same working day. Typically, NinjaVan will reach you within 3 to 5 working days.
A tracking number will be provided in the notification email sent to you once the order is dispatched. Tracking of item can be done at https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking.
If you opted for self pick-up option during checkout, you may pick up your purchases from the next working day onwards at Percolate physical store during our operating hours (Daily 9am-7pm).
Express Same Day Delivery
Percolate offers Express Same Day Delivery options for a fixed fee of $10. For purchases made before 6.30pm, they will be delivered on the same day. For purchases made after 6.30pm, they will be delivered on the next working day.
International Shipping
Percolate also provides international shipping to the rest of the world with a competitive shipping cost. Currently, international shipping can be done on an ad-hoc basis. Return Policy.
If purchased goods are returned due to manufacturing defects, as long as the request is made within one week of receiving of goods, a refund will be made. You are required to be physically present at Percolate with the purchased goods for the request to be fulfilled.
Privacy Policy.
At Percolate, we strive to protect your privacy. The information we collect from you are solely for the purpose of order processing. When an order is placed, we require you to provide your name, email address and delivery address. We process all our credit card payment through Stripe and Squarespace Commerce thus, Percolate do not have access to your credit card details.
The information collected allow us to process and fulfil your orders and subsequently, notify you of the status of your order. With your permission, we collect your email address for our newsletter to keep you updated on our latest offering, promotions and happenings at Percolate.
