Koppi was founded in year 2007 by Anne Lunell & Charles Nystrand in Helsingborg, Sweden. Having being regulars and winners at barista competitions, the founders decided to set up the roastery to further their ideals in coffee.
Anne & Charles believe that in order to have a successful coffee roastery and at the same time, bringing specialty to more people, long term relationship between roasters, producers and cafe/barista is crucial. With that, they work directly and closely with various producers in Colombia and Costa Rica to bring us delicious coffees year after year.
Koppi roasts their coffee as either filter or espresso. In addition, they also feature espresso blends which bring together great lots of coffee to create unique profiles.
