Gardelli sources their coffee ethically and in many cases, forging direct relationships with farmers. One of the exceptional examples would be the Mzungu Project in Uganda, producing stellar, award-winning coffees. Gardelli also firmly believe that there should only be a single roast profile that will best showcase a given coffee regardless of the brewing method.
