Gardelli Specialty Coffees is a roastery based in Forlì, Italy. Home to the World Coffee Roasting Champion and multiple time Italian Brewers Cup Champion, Rubens Gardelli.
Gardelli sources their coffee ethically and in many cases, forging direct relationships with farmers. One of the exceptional examples would be the Mzungu Project in Uganda, producing stellar, award-winning coffees. Gardelli also firmly believe that there should only be a single roast profile that will best showcase a given coffee regardless of the brewing method.
